Founded in Nyon in 2014 by Vaidya Yogeet Kapoor, L’essencce is dedicated to a traditional, authentic and individualized practice of Ayurveda, adapted to modern life. Coming from a family tradition of practitioners in traditional medicine and trained in India as an Ayurvedacharya, Vaidya Yogeet Kapoor places particular importance on traditional Ayurvedic assessment methods, including Nadi Pariksha – Ayurvedic pulse examination –, as well as the evaluation of Prakriti, Vikriti, Vata, Pitta and Kapha, Agni and Ama, in order to understand the individual constitution and guide care according to the fundamental principles of Ayurvedic medicine.
